No refund policy unless the commission has not been started after 3 weeks of being paid.

Full payments must be done upfront for requests under 400 USD. Requests higher than the aforementioned amount can be considered for partial payment.

I'm allowed to decline a commission if it's out of my comfort zone.

I'm allowed to post commissioned artworks on social media platforms unless discussed otherwise prior.

You're not allowed to profit off of my work unless we've discussed commercial rights beforehand.

I, the artist, S7NSLES, am & will always be the original creator of all my works. Therefore, do not trace, steal, misuse my art (this includes using my artworks to train AI Image Generators).

Always use my art in ways that are agreed upon by both parties.

A limit of up to 4 characters in a single illustration.

Drastic revisions are only allowed during sketch phase.

Minor revisions are allowed during the render phase. However, they may include additional charges depending on the complexity.

If you don’t send me enough references or give me enough clear and detailed descriptions, I will charge extra for design fees.

Once the final product has been sent over via Google Drive, the files must be downloaded within 1 week, since it will be cleared up to make storage space.

Deadlines must be discussed prior to order. If There’s no specific deadline, I will not rush the commission.
